Rachel Oscar is the Director of Programming and Community Engagement for Campus District, Inc., a community development organization in Downtown Cleveland. She recently received a Masters of Urban Planning and Development from Cleveland State University in May 2017. Rachel graduated from Kenyon College in 2011 with a BA in history before returning to school worked for Case Western Reserve University.
